It is integrated with major ecommerce platforms and comes with Open Banking Payments.Plus, Fena powers up seamless access to Open Banking. 

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new B2B clients, with a focus on B2B eCommerce businesses. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. If you have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within a Shopify Plus agency environment, and a passion for eCommerce, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients.
  • Generate leads through various channels including networking, online research, and industry events.
  • Qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of our SaaS products
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest eCommerce trends
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, project management) to ensure seamless client onboarding and project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in a Shopify Plus agency or eCommerce environment.
  • A deep understanding of eCommerce 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
