Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of more than 2 years in lead generation, outreach, bidding platforms, and other sources to generate business for a software development company. The Senior Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead generation: Utilize various channels and strategies to identify and pursue potential leads for software development projects.
2. Outreach: Initiate and maintain communication with prospects through emails, calls, meetings, and other communication channels to introduce our services and establish rapport.
3. Bidding platforms: Manage bidding processes on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others to secure new projects and clients.
4. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.
6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
7. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
8. Represent RoundTechSquare at industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote our services and expand our network.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the software development industry.
3. Proven track record of success in lead generation, outreach, and securing new business.
4. Strong understanding of bidding platforms and experience in effectively leveraging them to win projects.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
6. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop actionable plans, and execute effectively.
7. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
