Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Oversee the implementation of numerous concurrent projects, guaranteeing the successful completion of all project milestones and essential deliverables, including charters and governance plans.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work alongside client project managers to address any challenges affecting project scope or timelines. Provide mentorship and support to other project managers.
- Workday Proficiency: Exhibit your expertise in the Workday product suite, encompassing HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials, to foresee challenges and ensure efficient execution.
- Sales Cycle Participation: Engage in the sales process when necessary, collaborating with prospective clients to gather requirements and contribute to proposals.
- Best Practices Integration: Assist clients in embracing Workday best practices to achieve positive outcomes and enhance client satisfaction.
- Budget & Scope Oversight: Ensure projects are completed within the agreed budget and schedule, presenting change orders as project scope evolves.
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continual learning and professional development, mentoring peers and serving as a role model.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in managing Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials implementations for medium to large enterprise clients, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity.
- Current Workday certifications (HCM, Payroll, or Financials) are strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with business domains such as Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or Services Procurement.
- Prior consulting experience, either internally or through a consulting/software firm, is highly regarded.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills, coupled with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Background in business development or service sales is an advantage, along with a balanced understanding of both functional and technical aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing Workday implementations.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary Range: (125,000 to )185,000 annually, contingent upon experience and qualifications. This position may also qualify for a performance-based bonus.
