About the Role:

Our O&O brands are diverse (https://mycodemedia.com/brands) and include Remezcla, La Opinión, and our streaming AVOD platform Butaca TV. We distribute our content on VOD and on our FAST channels that can be seen in US and LATAM on mobile devices and connected TVs.

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Channel and Content Distribution Manager to join our team and drive our content distribution and monetization strategy.

In this role, you will:

• Expand Distribution: Forge and nurture strong relationships with key AVOD platforms like Samsung, Vizio, and The Roku Channel to maximize the reach of our FAST channels and VOD content that we license to third-party platforms.
• Drive Revenue: Identify and develop new revenue streams by licensing our extensive content library to a wide range of platforms and partners.
• Analyze and Optimize: Utilize performance metrics and market trends to continuously refine our distribution strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
• Launch New Channels: Leverage My Code’s media brands to develop and launch innovative FAST channels that resonate with our target audiences.
• Negotiate Agreements: Secure favorable terms and agreements with platform partners to optimize distribution and revenue potential.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key streaming platforms.
• Negotiate and execute distribution agreements for FAST channels and licensed content.
• Develop and implement comprehensive channel distribution strategies.
• Analyze performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch new FAST channels.
• Manage and optimize content licensing agreements to maximize revenue.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content distribution and channel management, preferably in the AVOD/FAST space.
• Strong understanding of the streaming media landscape and current industry trends.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven decision-making abilities with a focus on performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion both internally and externally

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000-$150,000k, the salary and bonus structure is determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
