We operate an internet platform called creativehub, the functions of this platform are:

• Web orders – To take orders for fine art & photo prints, mounts and frames. Our clients here are both professional and amateur artists predominantly in the UK, Europe & North America.
• Dropshipping – To allow web stores to integrate their order systems to enable automatic fulfillment of art print orders. Our clients here are leading artists, social media influencers (primarily Instagram) and prestigious media & arts organizations.

The Role: Client Account Manager

As a Client Account Manager at Printspace Studios Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our platform. Your responsibilities will include:

• Onboarding new clients, providing guidance, and ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with artists, web stores, media organizations, and commercial clients.
• Help the clients with integrating their online stores to creativeHub.
• Monitoring, planning and managing social media marketing activities with the client.
• Assisting with the development of long term marketing and branding strategy, focussed on social commerce revenue growth.
• Analysing data reports of online sales, with a view to helping to optimise traffic & conversions 
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to maximize client value.

Requirements:

• Passion for revolutionizing the creative industry and empowering artists.
• Marketing or ecommerce experience. 
• An appreciation of art.
• Project management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles or account management is preferred but not required.
