Senior Client Account Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Client Management team on a full-time, permanent basis, and we are looking for a talented Senior Client Account Manager to come onboard and continue the successful relationships we have with our clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous client relationship and management experience, preferably from within a similar industry, and have a good understanding of Marston Holdings as a whole. You will have excellent data collection, analysis, and interpersonal skills. You must hold a valid UK driving licence.

What you will be doing:

• Managing an extensive portfolio of client accounts

• Communicating to clients clearly, addressing their concerns and resolving any conflicts that arise

• Establishing client account needs and strategic direction

• Monitoring client Service Level Agreement adherence

• Analysing operational performance for each client and pro-actively identifying reasons for under performance

• Identifying, exploring, managing and delivering account growth opportunities on behalf of existing and new clients

• Raising awareness of competitor advantages and new products

• Engaging in project management duties

• Preparing account updates

• Contributing to intelligence ahead of client tenders alongside the bid team

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working with public sector clients

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication skills

• A proven ability to work to targets and hit KPIs
