As our organization continues to grow, we are eager to enhance our Client Management Team by welcoming seasoned Client Managers who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and cultivating robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a daily checklist that ensures seamless service for over 200 clients.
  • Onboard new clients and collaborate with the Media Buying Team to guarantee an exceptional experience.
  • Partner with the Delivery Team to ensure accurate setups of client accounts.
  • Update and maintain client CRM details as necessary.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and a positive outlook.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to affirm that services are running smoothly.
  • Schedule comprehensive calls with clients to discuss their progress and needs.
  • Maintain a prioritized list of client requests and effectively manage client accounts.
  • Mentor clients to help them achieve optimal results.
  • Exhibit leadership qualities through a proactive, problem-solving approach.

Required Skills

  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with a professional demeanor.
  • Proven leadership experience is essential.
  • Strong work ethic and a genuine passion for supporting client success.
  • Preferably, experience in phone sales, particularly in appointment setting or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with coaching or sales management is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work remotely with consistent internet access and a quiet work environment.
  • An open-minded and eager-to-learn mindset, adaptable in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in client retention and management.
  • At least 2 years in customer service.
  • A solid background in B2B sales and customer relationship management.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Full-time, remote work opportunity.
  • Starting salary of (48,000 annually, with the potential to exceed )120,000 based on performance.
  • Monday through Friday work schedule, with flexibility for weekend availability.
  • Performance-based bonuses linked to client retention.
