An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join a leading organization in the renewable energy sector.

The role will be central to managing all commercial matters, with a focus on minimizing value leakage from contracts, optimizing new agreements, and strengthening the commercial management framework. As part of a collaborative team, you will ensure that contract requirements are met and align with broader business objectives, directly supporting the growth of the UK&I onshore renewables business.

Senior Commercial Manager, Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee coordination of commercial managers, ensuring effective contract delivery and alignment with governance requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to monitor KPIs, drive performance, and ensure successful project deliverables in areas such as cost control and value engineering.
• Provide commercial expertise throughout the procurement process and post-award contract execution.
• Lead governance for commercial management, ensuring contracts meet both operational and business goals.

Senior Commercial Manager, What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven track record in commercial and contract management, with a strong understanding of best practice methodologies.
• Experience managing contracts within the construction or infrastructure sectors, with a focus on NEC, JCT, and/or FIDIC contracts.
• Expertise in contract performance measurement, risk management, and financial forecasting.
• Experience working in renewables or the power construction industry is preferred, with an understanding of UK Law as it relates to commercial functions.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
