The opportunity 

Are you ready to lead impactful communication strategies that drive engagement, change, and brand elevation? We are looking for an experienced Senior Communications Advisor to develop and implement effective communications that align with our global strategy and connect with our diverse audience.

In this strategic role, you will design and execute strategic communications initiatives that achieve our goals in engagement, change management, and brand positioning. Reporting to the Head of Communications and Sustainability and collaborating closely with the People team and other departments. This is your chance to:

• Develop and manage both internal and external communications, aligning messaging to support organisational strategy and elevate our brand.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on communication strategies that enhance engagement and public image.
• Serve as a custodian of information networks, helping teams stay informed, connected, and aligned with each other in a dynamic global environment.
• Partner with internal change-agents, departments, and senior stakeholders to plan and execute communication priorities that support transformation and growth.

To be successful 

To thrive in this role, you have the experience to drive program success with communications that support major projects, new product launches and business changes. Your strong engagement skills that foster positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and relevant media will set you up for success. Additional requirements are:

• Bachelor in Communications, PR, Marketing or similar field.
• Communications experience with practical knowledge and understanding of communications principles.
• Experience in developing metrics-driven communications plans and a drive for achieving set objectives.
• Attention to detail, ensuring quality in every communication touchpoint, with minimal need for edits.
