Senior Compliance Manager Wfh (Remote)

In this pivotal remote role, you will play a vital part in the establishment, execution, and management of a robust US Information Security compliance framework. Your strategic planning and coordination will ensure the achievement of compliance objectives while aligning with stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive analysis and reporting on SCO initiatives, ensuring successful project and initiative execution across Global Technology departments.
• Develop and manage essential SCO program materials, including communication tools and status reports.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding project status, actions taken, risks identified, and proposed solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical capabilities to independently tackle complex challenges.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly PowerPoint, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments while embracing change effortlessly.

Qualifications

• An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, along with relevant certifications.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading large, matrixed teams in dynamic settings.
• At least 2 years of experience managing compliance and controls frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO, etc.).
