What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead life science customers in the rapid configuration and implementation of clinical trial management solutions
• Manage software implementation projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including planning, validation, and go-live activities
• Guide customers through successful implementations, ensuring alignment of processes and system design
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and the project team, managing communication and project reporting
• Mentor project teams and consultants, providing leadership and collaboration across various departments

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience in configuring and implementing clinical trial management solutions
• Strong project management skills with a focus on planning, gap analyses, and requirements gathering
• Ability to critically assess business requirements and ensure customer success
• Experience in serving as a primary customer liaison during implementation projects
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams within the organization

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Direct experience with clinical technologies such as Oracle Siebel, Medidata, and Veeva Vault
• Degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related field
• SaaS/Cloud experience with knowledge of systems validation
• Experience in service delivery management and systems implementation
