Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant in our Strategy & Growth team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare. Working closely with a talented team, you’ll contribute to strategic projects that aim to enhance health equity on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include structuring analysis, leading client communications, and problem-solving to drive impactful solutions.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies.

Lead client communications and effectively manage relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Utilize your analytical skills to conduct market assessments and identify growth opportunities.

Drive problem-solving sessions and provide creative solutions to complex challenges.

Proactively anticipate risks and make recommendations to address them.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in external client-facing roles, preferably in consulting.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and strong analytical skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Willingness to travel domestically, up to 50% (if applicable).
