As our Senior Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying our brand’s voice and expanding our reach to attract ambitious learners. In this role, you’ll bring our mission to life through creative, engaging, and data-driven content. Working closely with a passionate marketing team, you will craft content strategies that captivate audiences, build trust, and drive results.
Your Responsibilities.
As a Senior Content Specialist at WBS CODING SCHOOL, you will:
Develop and Execute Strategy: Implement a content and communication strategy that aligns with our mission, brand identity, and business goals.
Content Creation: Create, edit, and optimize high-quality, impactful content for a variety of platforms, including:
Blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
Social media campaigns and newsletters
Video scripts, website copy, and more
Leverage AI Tools: Use AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, enhance creativity, and optimize efficiency. Examples include:
Generating ideas and drafting content (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper AI)
Content optimization and SEO (e.g., Clearscope, Surfer SEO)
Visual content creation (e.g., Canva with AI features, Adobe Firefly)
Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI technology and incorporate them into the content creation workflow.
Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all communication channels. Create and maintain general communication guidelines to reflect the WBS CODING SCHOOL voice.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute communication initiatives, including PR campaigns, social media activities, and thought-leadership pieces.
Audience Insights: Research customer needs, industry trends, and relevant topics to create compelling and informative content tailored to our target audience.
Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and program leads, to align on content priorities and deliver impactful campaigns.Providing tailored-to-applicant’s-needs support related to the application process, our courses and available funding options.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring the following:
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, communications, or a similar role.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Business proficiency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Native-level German proficiency for localization and content adaptation.
Proven expertise in content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
Experience in managing and localizing content for diverse audiences and platforms.
Preferably an individual living in Berlin.
Creativity & Passion: A love for storytelling and creating engaging, informative, and persuasive content.
Business Acumen: An understanding of how content drives business goals and the ability to tailor messaging to varied target audiences.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for working collaboratively across teams and functions.
Adaptability: The ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
