Senior Content Strategist (Remote)

We are seeking a creative Senior Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of our content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of AI and emerging technologies, the ability to drive overall content strategy and calendar, and translate long-form, technical content into easy to digest shorter-form content (eBooks, blogs, by-lined articles, case studies, videos, social media) that drive engagement, educate our audience, and amplify our position as thought leaders in AI Governance.

In This Role, You Will

• Collaborate across product, marketing, policy teams, customers, and influencers to define and execute the overall content strategy aligned with Holistic AI’s mission brand identity, and business objectives
• Guide and mentor content creators, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and editorial standards
• Identify key topics, themes, and content types that resonate with our target audiences (business leaders, tech experts, policy makers) and position Holistic AI as a thought leader in AI Governance
• Develop editorial calendars and content roadmaps that deliver consistent messaging across all channels
• Produce and manage a wide range of content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, videos, and social media content
• Identify and segment target audiences, tailoring content strategies to meet the unique needs and pain points of each group
• Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage Holistic AI’s online communities
• Use data and analytics to measure the performance of content and refine the strategy accordingly to optimize audience engagement and conversion
• Report on content performance, providing regular updates to leadership on key KPIs, milestones, and growth opportunities
• Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, driving organic traffic and improving search rankings
• Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all content formats and channels

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role, ideally in technology or AI-related industries
• Proven experience developing and executing content strategies that drive growth and engagement
• Strong understanding of AI, technology, and ethical considerations in AI; ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, compelling content
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail and tone
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using data to inform content decisions
• Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), analytics tools, and social media platforms

• We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role.  This position has a salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per annum.  Salary is determined by a range of factors, including location, relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
