Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Copywriter to drive the evolution of our brand’s voice across all customer interactions. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining a consistent tone that resonates across various platforms, while also leading our global expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for supervising a team of external copywriters and agencies to ensure that our brand voice is not only cohesive but also adaptable within different promotional and brand contexts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the hiring, mentoring, and motivation of both internal team members and external partners to foster a collaborative work culture.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to ensure alignment of the brand’s voice across all customer touchpoints, facilitating a unified tone that resonates globally.
- Write and manage copy across various product categories, ensuring consistent messaging tailored for diverse audiences.
- Oversee the coordination of copy strategies across multiple countries, sales channels, and marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with external copywriters and agencies to effectively scale the brand voice across languages and markets while respecting cultural differences.
- Review and approve all written content, ensuring it adheres to brand standards and project objectives.
- Utilize data insights to refine and optimize copy, enhancing audience engagement and conversion rates through A/B testing and implementing SEO best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and creatives, to ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership abilities, creative thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in copywriting and editing tools, with knowledge of content management systems.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital content strategies is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional copywriting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- A robust portfolio that showcases expertise in copywriting, brand voice development, and multi-channel content strategy.
- Proven experience managing external teams and collaborating with international partners.
