We are seeking a results-oriented individual with a proven track record in Recruiting and Talent Management to join our team as a Senior Corporate Recruiter. This individual will not only attract exceptional internal talent for STAND 8 but also mentor junior recruiters and drive strategic recruiting initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain a strong pipeline of IT Sales and Recruiting professionals.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for STAND 8, coordinating interviews and supporting candidate pre-closing for internal hires.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting and Operations team to design and implement innovative recruiting strategies that enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong brand representation during initial engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and placement opportunities.
  • Identify and engage diverse talent through internal networks, job boards, postings, and advanced recruiting strategies, including Boolean searches.
  • Edit and format resumes, preparing candidates for submission to clients.
  • Coordinate candidate interviews in a timely manner, ensuring seamless processes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, providing exceptional customer service to all candidates and clients.
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering their professional development and growth within the organization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the recruiting framework.

Experience Required / Skills

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience or similar talent management experience, preferably in the IT sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering hiring results and developing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and guiding team members.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience using social media tools and Boolean searching for sourcing candidates.
  • Ability to analyze job descriptions and candidate profiles to determine appropriate matches.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective relationships within a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, passionate, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Additional Details

The base salary range for this position is $60K – $100K annually, depending on experience.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
