What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a resource or Subject Matter Expert for team members or internal customers
• Handle escalated calls, resolving complex customer issues in a timely manner
• Educate customers on consumer-driven health care topics and assist with benefit plan selection
• Contact care providers to assist customers with appointment scheduling
• Guide customers in navigating online platforms and encourage self-sufficiency

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of outbound call center experience handling 125+ calls per day
• At least 1 year of customer service experience or experience in a health care setting
• Proficiency in translating complex health care-related processes into understandable instructions
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, during normal business hours of 11:00am – 8:00pm EST

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior health care experience
• Knowledge of billing/finance and eligibility processes
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
