What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide world-class customer service by assisting auto insurance customers with inquiries
• Procure total loss information from insurers and vehicle owners
• Document conversations with claims adjusters regarding specific loss reports
• Maintain positive relationships with dealers and claims adjusters to ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhere to attendance, production, quality, and other performance metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma required; some college preferred
• Minimum of 3 years prior customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
