An exciting opportunity to join an amazing team and grow your banking career as a Senior Customer Service Specialist.
What will you do?
As a Senior Customer Service Specialist, you will provide assistance to the Customer Service Specialists, helping our team members with complex inquiries and escalations. You will be providing buddying and coaching to new team members and provide on the job training whilst also actively educate team member on Qudos Bank’s. You will also assist team leaders in managing daily tasks and working on various projects as SME for contact centre.

What do you need?
- The ability to work across a rotating roster, Monday – Friday 7am-7pm and one Saturday shift a month
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking industry and experience in dealing with home loan products.
- Experience in handling multiple systems and knowledge of multiple products
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and knowledge of call handling techniques.
- A passion for solving customer problems and engaging with customers to find the perfect solution for them
- Strong computer, analytical, literacy and conversational skills
