Senior Customer Success Manager | Rampiq | Poland
Rampiq is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to help us drive client growth and happiness at all levels of a project lifecycle.
We provide digital marketing services (online marketing strategies, SEO, Paid advertising, web analytics, content marketing, etc) to US-based clients and we need an experienced team player to join us.
Job Responsibilities
- Build lasting client relationships from initial kickoff through project execution for priority clients;
- Communicate regularly with a customer to evaluate satisfaction and escalate any areas of concern.
- Understand client business goals and anticipate future needs to deliver optimal solutions.
- Ensure all activities are closely aligned with a client’s business needs and business strategy.
- Collaborate with a project team to help them deliver the best possible service experience for a client.
- Strategize, identify, and set success metrics and how a team can reach and increase project results.
- Strategically expand our revenue through cross-selling and upselling.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall project health.
Requirements (must-haves)
- Fluent English (must-must-must-have!);
- Excellent soft skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Good understanding of project management basics;
- Savvy MS Office/G Suite tools user;
- Digital marketing basics knowledge (what is SEO, how paid ads work);
- Feel confident using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush in order to answer minor questions from a client;
- Deep understanding of client goals and how digital marketing services help to reach them;
- Experience working with US-based companies;
- Experience working with B2B companies;
- Is able to drive project strategy;
- Is accountable for Customer Success.
Requirements (our wish list, it is optional but these are big pluses overall)
- Experience in a similar role in an agency, IT outsourcing, or SaaS product company;
- Marketing background;
- Savvy project management tools user.
Job Functions
- success metrics achievement (project results management);
- lead a client through the onboarding process;
- request all necessary access to client accounts, marketing materials (creatives, copy, etc.), and approvals from a client;
- assign tasks to a project team;
- control execution of project tasks and completion of project tasks fully and on time;
- be a self-starter and play an active role in team discussions and brainstorming, contribute to the quality of deliverables by taking a critical stance;
- hold client and team meetings, gather agenda, and put down minutes;
- be able to make project-related decisions and execute them;
- present project results and be able to explain them to the client;
- understand how the project structure should be set in order to be able to assign tasks for an operations manager to maintain project infrastructure.
Work mode: flexible, full-time, 100% remote.
