What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide support and guidance for intelliflo office and portfolio customers, including onboarding and implementation
• Train customers on system capabilities through one-on-one sessions
• Review and respond to customer requests with urgency, ensuring timely resolutions
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address issues and follow through on resolutions
• Maintain internal documentation related to implementation and support procedures

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 6 years of customer support and implementation experience with software solutions (SAAS preferred)
• 3-5 years of financial services experience (highly preferred but not required)
• Experience with Salesforce and JIRA
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly

• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex issues in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with system architecture and environments
• Familiarity with MS Windows and MS Office applications
• Background in delivering quality service remotely to clients
