How You’ll Contribute:

At Nordstick, we’re on a mission to change lives, so a passion for what we do is essential. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll:

  • Provide Outstanding Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Exceed Customer Expectations: Go the extra mile to ensure customers have a seamless, positive experience with Nordstick.
  • Master Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products, policies, and processes to provide accurate, helpful information.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, operations, and other departments to deliver an exceptional customer journey.
  • Improve Processes: Help refine systems, templates, and workflows to enhance our customer support operations.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Customer Support Representative with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication, with a thoughtful, precise, and professional tone.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify the root causes of issues and provide effective solutions.
  • E-Commerce Expertise: Familiarity with e-commerce customer service best practices is a plus.
  • Passion for Fitness: Enthusiasm for Nordstick’s mission and products is essential.

Working Hours:

6 AM – 3 PM EST (40 hours per week)
