Key Responsibilities
- Organize and oversee extensive data sets, guaranteeing precision, consistency, and timely updates.
- Employ advanced Excel functionalities to construct and enhance data sets, generate reports, and monitor progress.
- Accurately convert information from physical documents into digital formats.
- Update and sustain price files and internal systems to ensure information remains current and accurate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine data management workflows and integrate information into relevant systems.
- Create and implement efficient processes to bolster business operations.
- Guide team members on document retrieval and data management protocols.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to elevate operational efficiency.
- Transform raw data into usable feedback and actionable insights.
- Resolve data discrepancies swiftly and effectively.
- Uphold the security, accuracy, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide comprehensive knowledge of data management to support the team, including assessments of data quality and constraints.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, colleagues, managers, and internal support staff.
- Manage multiple client requests concurrently while ensuring accuracy.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in data entry, demonstrating a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, inclusive of advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables; Excel certification is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with a capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
