What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee all project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations
• Own the technical direction of projects and consulting services
• Develop strategic plans to grow accounts and identify new project opportunities
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources in collaboration with the Project Manager and Scrum Master
• Mentor and guide project team members, fostering professional development

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 10+ years of professional experience with a variety of technologies
• Experience with current data technologies and leadership in team management
• At least 5 project implementations that utilize the full capabilities of design, implementation, and optimization
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency
• Familiarity with data technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, Oracle, Azure, and search technologies like ElasticSearch and Solr

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Previous technical background, although the position is not hands-on
• Experience leading customer workshop sessions to educate clients on technology trends
• Understanding of delivery methodologies and ability to drive projects from an architectural standpoint
• Desire to mentor younger team members and develop their skills
