What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Craft user-centered experiences to drive data-informed decision-making in a healthcare setting
• Conduct workshops and apply rapid mixed-method research techniques to gather insights
• Collaborate with data visualization designers to shape data strategies based on user insights
• Evangelize UX best practices and deliver measurable solutions that meet diverse stakeholder needs
• Translate UX insights into compelling narratives that influence decisions and align stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Human Behavior, Analytics, or a related field
• 6 years of progressively increasing responsibility in customer relationship management or customer-facing roles
• 3 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, insight synthesis, and reporting

• Demonstrated proficiency in mixed-methods research for design decision-making
• Skilled in task analysis and user flow mapping for enhancing user experience
• In-depth understanding of healthcare systems and digital health trends
