Role Overview:

The Senior Designer will play a pivotal role in conceptualising, designing, and delivering stunning visuals tailored for Amazon’s unique platform. You’ll lead design projects, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables align with Amazon’s specific guidelines and best practices. As a senior member of the team, you’ll also drive innovation, streamline processes, and shape the creative direction of our agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Lead the creative direction for Amazon-specific projects, including listing images, A+ Content, Brand Stores, and videos.
• Design Execution: Produce high-quality designs optimised for Amazon’s platform, ensuring compliance with all guidelines and standards.
• Video and 3D Expertise: Collaborate on video creation and 3D rendering projects to enhance listings and bring products to life.
• Team Mentorship: Guide and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their brand and translate briefs into visually compelling and platform-specific designs.
• Process Optimisation: Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and maintain consistency across all Amazon-specific deliverables.
• Quality Assurance: Review all creative outputs to ensure they meet Amazon’s quality standards and client expectations.
• Trends and Innovation: Stay up-to-date on Amazon’s evolving design requirements, industry trends, and best practices, applying them to enhance our offerings.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Amazon Ecosystem Expertise: Extensive experience designing for Amazon, including A+ Content, Brand Stores, and optimised listing images.
• Video and 3D Design: Proficiency in video editing and 3D rendering tools (e.g., Blender, KeyShot) is highly desirable.
• Design Mastery: Advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading Amazon design projects and mentoring team members.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to Amazon-specific design challenges.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to deliver polished, professional, and platform-compliant work.
