What you’ll do

• Develop and execute design concepts with the Design Director and the team while showcasing excellent communication skills.
• Apply design skills to projects ranging from identity to packaging with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator) and most importantly high level of Photoshop is mandatory.
• Independently manage design projects, efficiently with high exceptional quality, from ideation to implementation while being able to defend and refine design concepts based on feedback. ​
• Prepare creative presentations for clients and adapt to shifting marketing or client needs with immediate design solutions. ​

What you’ll need

• Strong design skills with a demonstrated understanding of packaging design fundamentals, priority of communication, packaging design architecture and navigation. ​ Strong proficiency in all relevant creative software programs, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
• Experience designing for large portfolio clients, having prior client-facing experience in a specific category across markets. Having strong conversational and overall communication skills.
• Able to work as per Central European Standard Time (CEST).
• Having worked across GLOBAL brands is a huge PLUS.
