Brainmates is seeking a Senior Designer to join our marketing team and lead our creative efforts. This is your opportunity to shape a visually compelling brand experience and take ownership of design projects and marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Designer will lead the creation of Brainmates’ marketing and creative assets, ensuring every design touchpoint effectively communicates our value and expertise. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver impactful marketing campaigns, develop custom infographics and resources, elevate presentations, and strengthen our brand presence.

What You’ll Do

• Create Impactful Designs: Produce digital and print assets such as social media graphics, EDMs, landing pages, eBooks, presentations, infographics, conference signage and more.
• Contribute to Brand Development: Maintain and evolve Brainmates’ brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touch points.
• Deliver Projects: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
• Collaborate Effectively: Work with cross-functional teams to align designs with organisational goals.
• Simplify Complexity: Create infographics and illustrations to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in design, ideally in marketing or agency settings. Proven ability to deliver multi-channel campaigns and manage multiple projects.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and ideally Canva. Strong PowerPoint and Google Slides skills. Experience with print and digital production processes.
• Communication: Confident in presenting and communicating design concepts, collaborating remotely, and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
• Mindset: Proactive, self-directed, quality-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
