Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize software platforms using C/C++ and Linux/UNIX environments.
• Design and implement scalable, high-quality telecom solutions.
• Work with advanced chipsets like Mediatek, Realtek, Broadcom, and Qualcomm.
• Contribute to Layer 2/3 protocol development (OSPF, VLAN, QoS, TR069/TR369).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in production systems.
• Lead and guide teams in delivering innovative solutions (for senior roles).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in system programming, multi-threading, and memory management.
• Expertise in GPON, EPON, and XGS-PON technologies.
• Hands-on experience with chipsets and SDKs.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and embedded software development.
• Experience with Linux kernel, u-boot development, and debugging tools like GDB.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven ability to work independently or lead a team (for senior positions).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
