What you will do

• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure across multiple environments and platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP);
• Manage deployment processes for multiple feature and platform services also on-premise;
• Maintain and improve application availability and performance for a global portfolio of customers;
• Identify manual processes, design, and implement automation solutions;
• Guide teams in the design and implementation of microservice architectures;
• Support incident response teams with in-depth infrastructure and service knowledge;
• Manage APIs that support both design-time and run-time application functionality;
• Work in collaboration with device client engineering teams to ensure that services meet performance, availability, and functional goals;
• Constant focus on security by design, including mitigation of identified vulnerabilities.

Must haves

• A degree or education in computer science and/or proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role (5+ years of experience);
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI/CD);
• Proficient with Kubernetes and Docker container management;
• Monitoring in k8s (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki…);
• Helm Charts for multiple services;
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform;
• Experience with one or more of the main cloud providers (GCP, Azure or AWS);
• Experience with GitOps and source control management tools like Git;
• Solid understanding of network, security, and cloud infrastructure;
• Scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash);
• Good knowledge of the HTTP protocol and how HTTP-based microservices work;
• Excellent English and communication skills;
• You are a team player and work independently and autonomously.

Nice to haves

• Knowledge of Java, Go and SQL is advantageous.
