Description:
Routable’s Marketing team is growing! We seek a Senior Digital Marketer with a strong focus in email marketing to help accelerate our pipeline generation and overall growth. Reporting into Routable’s VP Marketing, the Senior Digital Marketer will build our email marketing program from scratch, while optimizing marketing operations and supporting performance marketing execution. A successful candidate will be highly analytical with a rapid-test mindset, with the ability to craft compelling copy that drives conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Manages the execution and measurement of email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage prospects, and build brand loyalty.
- Develop and manage end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, deployment, and performance analysis leveraging marketing automation platforms and reporting tools.
- Create and/or source compelling and personalized email content that engages and converts prospects.
- Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis to drive higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc).
- Marketing Ops: Supports growth initiatives by orchestrating flows across the marketing tech stack.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline sales processes and marketing operations.
- Contributes to website management, maintenance, and optimization, creating cohesive and engaging onsite experiences that drive conversions.
- Identify and segment different user types, industries, and company segments for targeted campaign execution and leverage analytics to continuously optimize.
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing lead on paid social, paid search, and display ad campaigns, recommending actions to improve KPIs.
- Maximize campaign impact while reducing conversion costs
- Analyze campaign performance data and KPIs to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation to enhance campaign effectiveness and prospect engagem
Preferred skills and experience:
- We would expect a successful candidate to have approximately 5-7 years experience in B2B digital marketing or marketing ops
- Experience building an email marketing program from scratch
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Ability to think both analytically and creatively
- Fluent in marketing automation tools (experience with HubSpot preferred)
