Senior Digital Marketing Manager (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, strategizing, and executing social media campaigns for our diverse range of clients. She/he is driven by impact and KPIs with a clear connection to sales results. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, community engagement, CRM, digital marketing strategies and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of social media account executives and account managers to delivery state of the art service level to our customers
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across various platforms for our clients.
• Integrate marketing strategies with sales goals and tools like Hubspot CRM.
• Create compelling, original content tailored to each social media platform, ensuring alignment with clients’ brand voice and objectives.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of social media accounts, including posting schedules, content curation, and account administration.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Foster and manage online communities, engaging with audiences to build relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as design and analytics teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to continually improve campaign performance.
• Collect feedback and improving marketing strategies to be more customer-centric
• Provide insights and recommendations to clients, delivering reports that clearly communicate campaign results and strategic direction.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in using social media analytics tools and interpreting data to inform strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement for multiple brands.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• High level of creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree would be a distinct advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing or a related field, preferably within an agency environment.
• Meta Certified Creative Strategy Professional
• Meta Certified Community Manager
• Hubspot CRM Certifications (any)
• Engineering Products and Services Industry familiarity is preferred
• Preferred Languages: Arabic, English, French or Mandarin
