We are seeking a proactive and experienced (10+ years) Senior .NET Lead with Azure expertise to join our team. As a Senior .NET Lead at Techjays, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers in the development and delivery of software projects. Your role will involve overseeing the full software development life cycle, collaborating with clients, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related area

Experience: 10+ Years

Primary Skill: .NET Technologies, SQL Server, C#, Azure, Docker & Any front end language (React/Angular/Vue)

Secondary Skills: Solution Architecting & Project Management

Work Location: Remote

Must-Have Skills:

  • 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 7 years as a dot net developer.
  • Strong expertise in .NET technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services, including cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
  • Experience in Healthcare domain 
  • Solid understanding of software development best practices and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and mentor a team of engineers:

 – Provide guidance, coaching, and technical leadership to the team.

  – Foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

  – Ensure the team’s adherence to coding standards and best practices.

2. Project planning and execution:

   – Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.

   – Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

   – Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

3. Technical expertise:

   – Demonstrate a deep understanding of the complete software development life cycle.

   – Develop applications using .NET technologies, including web and mobile platforms.

   – Utilize Azure services and features to architect scalable and reliable solutions.

4. Client communication and relationship management:

   – Effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and build strong relationships.

   – Translate abstract business concepts into comprehensive technical documentation.

   – Provide regular project updates and address any client concerns.

5. Team collaboration and coordination:

   – Collaborate with design and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and quality assurance.

   – Work closely with cross-functional teams to align technical strategies and objectives.

6. Talent development and growth:

  – Identify training needs and provide guidance for professional development.

  – Evaluate and motivate engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  – Encourage innovation and champion new ideas within the team.
