The role can be based in our Toowoomba or Brisbane offices and would include a mix of field and office-based work.Â
The role will require the successful applicant to:

- Provide specialist environmental advice associated with development assessment, pre-lodgement enquiries & regulatory compliance.
- Lead projects to meet client deadlines and delegate tasks and ensure those tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Mentor early career professionals and help them become consistent in their delivery output, improving inefficiencies and technical skills as time goes on.Â
- Be fit and able to undertake field work in remote locations.
- Undertake with confidence and independence, and mentor others, in daily project management tasks from conception through to completion including quoting, time tracking, billing, and client correspondence.
- Foster existing client relationships and establish new clients and strengthen these relationships with first class service.

The successful applicant will require the following:
- A degree in environmental science, science, natural resources or a related discipline. Â
- Demonstrated technical skills and experience commensurate with the role.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with clients, regulators, staff, contractors and sub consultants.
- Excellent written communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team and contribute ideas and innovative approaches to project challenges.
- A current Australian driver’s licence is mandatory.
