Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Amazon team to success. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of strategies to grow revenue, enhance brand visibility, and optimize all aspects of our Amazon operations. From ensuring Product Detail Page (PDP) integrity to spearheading advertising campaigns and demand planning, your strategic vision and leadership will be key to achieving and exceeding business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
- Develop, document, and continually refine SOPs to streamline operations, ensure consistency, and support scalability across all Amazon-related processes.
- Team Training and Development:
- Onboard, train, and mentor team members, instilling best practices and maintaining the highest standards for product and brand representation on Amazon.
- Product Detail Page (PDP) Management:
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of optimized, accurate PDPs aligned with brand standards to enhance customer experience and maximize conversion rates.
- PPC and Promotions Management:
- Guide the advertising team in designing, executing, and optimizing PPC campaigns and promotional strategies to drive visibility and profitability.
- Demand Planning Collaboration:
- Work closely with inventory and demand planning teams to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and adapt plans based on sales trends.
- Ranking Strategy Development:
- Create and implement strategies to improve product rankings through organic growth, targeted keyword optimization, and competitive analysis.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyze KPIs, sales data, and campaign outcomes to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement in performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience with a strong track record of driving success in Amazon selling and eCommerce operations.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, PPC, SEO, listing optimization, and growth strategies.
- Inspirational leader with the ability to hold team members accountable, foster a culture of excellence, and drive team performance.
