*About The Role*

We’re looking for a seasoned ecommerce Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing multi-channel commerce solutions that our clients and team members can be proud of. We treat our clients’ projects as products with life cycles, not just timelines. The ideal project manager would have a product mindset to help collaboratively define and execute on strategic & technical roadmaps.

*Your Mission*

– Lead the delivery and execution of multiple digital projects with cross functional teams
– Help clients define their project roadmap, find the juice that’s worth the squeeze
– Guide the team and influence the organization on the best use of Agile practices, without the dogma
– Encourage & facilitate continuous improvement internally and externally
– Identify and remove barriers and roadblocks
– Create and foster self-organizing, cross-functional teams

*Skills to help you Succeed*

– Experience delivering and managing large ecommerce projects (website, app, etc.)
– 4+ years of experience as a Project management / Scrum Master / Product Owner
– Product, Technical, UX, or back-office Retail experience
– SASS ecommerce Experience (Shopify, BigCommerce, VTEX, CommerceTools, etc)
– Experience with a variety of project management & Agile approaches and concepts.
– The ability to say no and/or influence a client in a different direction while maintaining trust & a healthy relationship
– Ability to be innovative, with a track record of challenging the status quo
– Ability to coach, serve and elevate those you work with
