Senior Educational Program Manager Wfh (Remote)

We are in search of an accomplished Senior Program Manager to orchestrate the launch of a groundbreaking initiative aimed at enhancing the quality and diversity of the teacher pipeline throughout New Mexico. This remote position requires an individual with a proactive approach to cultivating strategic partnerships within the educational landscape, ensuring that collaboration and success are at the forefront of the initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the statewide teacher pipeline initiative by coordinating diverse stakeholder efforts to ensure alignment and achieve mutual objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain impactful relationships with educational entities, including the New Mexico Public Education Department and various partners.
• Oversee all communications pertaining to the initiative, guaranteeing clear, consistent, and effective messaging across different audiences.

• Represent the initiative at local conferences, events, and relevant forums to promote its objectives and progress.
