💼 Responsibilities:
Department Development

• Continual improvement of department processes and KPIs.
• Optimization of existing workflows based on industry best practices and efficiency KPIs.
• Preparation for departmental growth, including support in hiring decisions.

Strategic Planning and Execution

• Develop and implement robust email marketing strategies.
• Conduct data analysis and performance tracking.
• Run A/B testing to optimize email campaigns.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and acting as the primary contact for email marketing communications.
• Manage the progression of email marketing projects from start to finish.
• Focus on client retention and expansion.

Desired Outcomes & Goals of the Role

• Maintain a client churn rate of less than 5% per quarter.
• Manage 10-15 clients and oversee the email strategist team effectively.
• Ensure a minimum of 5x ROI for clients.
• Keep a team member churn rate under 5%.
• Improve operational efficiency by 10% quarter-on-quarter.

• Expertise in email marketing best practices, tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Marketo, MailChimp), and CAN-SPAM regulations.
• Strong understanding of various marketing channels including SEO, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads.
