Senior Engineer Front End Software (Remote)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front End Software Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement user-friendly interfaces that simplify access to complex contract information. Your contributions will enable contract reviewers and project managers to effectively manage multi-million dollar projects with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of advanced web applications using React.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and designers, to transform complex requirements into innovative user experiences.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend JSON APIs to facilitate efficient data flow.
• Develop automated testing protocols to maintain high standards of software quality and ensure continuous delivery.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to uphold performance and quality benchmarks.
• Play an active role in architectural and component design, making strategic decisions for sustainable growth.
• Participate in on-call duties, addressing and resolving any reported issues.
• Mentor junior engineers by sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Contribute to the strategic planning of product features and enhancements.
• Promote a culture of experimentation and iterative improvement throughout the development process.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in web application development.
• Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node.js, and responsive CSS.
• Familiarity with modern web frameworks, such as Next.js, and component-based design within a design system.
• Experience in JSON API integration and backend technologies including Node.js, Python, or Go.
• Strong capability in developing complex frontend applications that interact with multiple data sources and implementing effective caching strategies (e.g., Redis, CDNs) along with robust error handling practices.
• A strong commitment to producing clean, well-structured, and thoroughly tested code.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects, including design, scoping, and estimation activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A self-driven attitude with a passion for continual learning and customer advocacy.

Qualifications
