The Opportunity

We’re seeking exceptional Senior Engineers with Product Obsession to join a lean but highly motivated, experienced, and productive team of professionals leading the technical vision and execution of Aiobis. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of B2B interactions by helping to architect and build a platform that will revolutionize how teams and businesses interact globally. In this position, you’ll be responsible for building and collaborating with the entire technical team, making critical architectural decisions, and ensuring the platform’s scalability, security, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and collaborate with a highly productive team to lead the technical vision, strategy, and roadmap for Aiobis’s entire technology stack.
• Co-architect and oversee the development of our core platform, including the engine, data processing pipeline, and integrated business tools.
• Help build and manage high-performing engineering teams across multiple domains (backend, frontend, ML, data engineering).
• Implement scalable architecture capable of processing and analyzing billions of data points in real time.
• Drive the development of our patent-pending privacy-preserving technologies.
• Establish technical standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
• Make strategic decisions about the technology stack and third-party integrations.
• Ensure platform security, compliance (ISO27001, SOC II, GDPR and others), and data protection.
• Collaborate with the key team members to align technical strategy with business objectives.
• Collaborate on innovation initiatives and R&D efforts to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Manage technical partnerships and vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building and scaling complex, distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in full-stack development with proficiency in:

– Backend: Node.js, Python, Java, Go.

– Frontend: Angular, React, Vue.js, TypeScript.

– Data Engineering: Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop ecosystem.

– Machine Learning: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.

• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.
• Strong background in data engineering and large-scale data processing.
• Proven experience with machine learning and AI, particularly in recommendation systems and matching algorithms.
• Experience building and leading engineering teams of 20+ highly skilled engineers.
• Track record of successful product launches and scaling systems to handle millions of users.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a lead engineer.
• Experience with B2B platforms and enterprise software.
• Background in privacy-preserving computation and data security.
• Experience with real-time processing systems and streaming architectures.
• Knowledge of advanced ML techniques (deep learning, NLP, computer vision).
• Track record of successful projects.
• Experience with data governance and regulatory compliance.
