Lab3 is one of the largest Azure engineering practices in the Australasia region with a focus on Cloud & DevOps, Data, IoT & AI, Modern Workplace, Modern Apps & Integration,  Security, and Network services. 

We are on the hunt for 2  Senior Engineers with AGVSA clearance (NV1, though we would consider baseline) with skills in M365 and modern workplace management, We are open to exploring permanent or contract engagements for the right person. These roles will kick off in January 2025 but we could interview today!.

The role:

• Deliver professional services that require the design and deployment of Microsoft 365 services. This could include migrations, Intune, the broader Microsoft365 suite, Teams,  Exchange Online, Azure Virtual Desktops, Azure Active Directory and Microsoft Defender (among other technologies).
• Manage the migration of content either cross-tenant or from on-premises to Microsoft 365. 
• Support our pre-sales process where the opportunity closely aligns with your M365 and Modern Workplace experience.  
• Contribute to the ongoing development of LAB3 products and services leveraging applications and services in the Microsoft 365 portfolio.  
• Provide a key role in the delivery of key LAB3 strategic engagements, leading by example and taking the initiative to deliver high value outcomes for our clients.  
• Evaluate emerging technology in and around Microsoft 365, supporting the development of our go-to-market professional services offerings to ensure both LAB3 and our customers capitalise on the latest technology.  
• Demonstrate a professional ability to work with business stakeholders, manage effective relationships, understand business issues, and deliver appropriate technical solutions.

The right candidate:

• Will have a deep and wide understanding of the M365 suite including Exchange Online, Entra, AAD, Microsoft Intune, AVD, OneDrive. For Business, Teams, Power Apps/Power Platform, SharePoint implementation.
• Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Cloud Apps & Endpoint
• Experience with automation using PowerShell is ideal
• You will have a solid understanding of on-prem environments, virtualization, VMWare, Intune and migration to an Azure Exchange & SharePoint online.
• Strong consulting acumen and the ability to present the optimum business solutions to stakeholders
• Experience with delivery management
• Certifications in Microsoft 365/MS 500 / MS101/ MS 365 Mobility/ AZ 900 preferred
• You should be for a start in January 2025
• AGSVA security cleared, ideally at least NV1
• Based anywhere  in Australia, working remotely or in a hybrid fashion
