Senior Environmental Project Manager Pipeline Compliance (Remote)

We are currently seeking a highly qualified Senior Environmental Project Pipe-lining Manager to join our dedicated environmental team in a 100% remote capacity. Ideal candidates must possess documented experience with FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple midstream pipeline projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
• Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and preparing permit applications, ensuring adherence to FERC Section 7© regulations.
• Collaborate with federal, state, and local agencies to facilitate project approvals.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams, including engineers and legal experts, to drive project success.
• Communicate effectively with the public and stakeholders during hearings and meetings.
• Monitor and manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and forecasting.
• Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at industry conferences.
• Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to ensure project alignment with regulations.

Required Skills

• Extensive knowledge in environmental licensing and permitting specific to pipeline projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with a self-starting attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MS Project, Teams, and MS Dynamics for project tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in pipeline environmental licensing and permitting.
• Comprehensive understanding of FERC regulations and federal environmental laws.
