Job Overview

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Pipelining Project Manager to join our remote environmental team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing midstream pipeline projects, specifically focusing on environmental services and compliance strategies. Candidates must have documented experience with FERC Section 7© regulations and Third-party EIS documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the management of multiple projects, guiding them from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
  • Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and submitting permit applications, including FERC Section 7© documentation.
  • Liaise with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to ensure full compliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts.
  • Engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and meetings to communicate project information.
  • Monitor and manage project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at industry conferences.
  • Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to maintain project standards.

Required Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of environmental licensing and permitting processes for pipeline projects.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting specific to pipelines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in FERC regulations and federal environmental compliance.
  • Professional certifications are considered a plus but not mandatory.
