We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Environmental Pipelining Project Manager to work remotely from anywhere in the USA. This role demands proven expertise in FERC Section 7© regulations and third-party EIS documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
- Lead resource teams in conducting environmental studies and navigating the permit application process, including FERC Section 7© compliance.
- Liaise with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies to ensure alignment and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse array of professionals, including engineers, legal advisors, and GIS specialists.
- Represent the company at public hearings and stakeholder meetings to communicate project details.
- Monitor and control project scope, budget, schedules, and forecasting.
- Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at industry conferences.
- Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to maintain project integrity.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of FERC regulations and relevant federal environmental policies.
- Experience with MS Project, Teams for virtual meetings, and MS Dynamics for project reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting within the pipeline sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in FERC regulations and federal environmental regulations.
