Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple projects throughout the phases of routing/siting to construction compliance.
• Lead resource teams in executing environmental studies and completing permit applications, specifically regarding FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS documentation.
• Liaise effectively with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, attorneys, and GIS analysts.
• Engage with the public and stakeholders during hearings and community meetings.
• Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting responsibilities.
• Participate in business development initiatives and represent the company at industry conferences.
• Conduct comprehensive field reviews and compliance inspections.

Required Skills

• Extensive knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental laws.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a closely related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience in environmental licensing and permitting for pipeline projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in FERC regulations and environmental compliance.
