About the Role: 

We’re seeking a skilled Estimator – a critical role that requires technical proficiency, reliability and commitment to accuracy. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for: 

• Provide pricing for steel frame modular construction through all stages, from sales to completion, using the company’s software platform. 
• Assist the Procurement Director in updating the Price File to reflect changes in costs as required.
• Maintain accurate recipes in the company’s software platform.
• Collaborate closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of costings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline estimating processes. 

About You:

• 5+ years of estimating experience in residential building industry.  
• A strong understanding of construction processes. Steel frame or modular/prefabricated construction experience preferred. 
• High level of attention to detail, with strong mathematical and software skills. 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with effective time management skills.
