Position Overview

We are in search of a strategic and results-oriented Senior Field Marketing Manager to orchestrate the strategy, planning, and execution of tradeshows and field events. This pivotal role will enhance our engagement with target audiences through impactful, localized marketing initiatives driven by events. As an integral part of our marketing team, you will collaborate with sales and cross-functional departments to cultivate pipelines, expedite deal closures, and strengthen customer and partner relationships. This position is ideal for a marketing professional who excels in a dynamic setting and is enthusiastic about crafting memorable experiences that yield measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute event-driven marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee all elements of event planning, logistics, and execution from inception to post-event assessment.
  • Partner with sales teams to formulate account-specific and regional event strategies aimed at generating new leads and nurturing relationships.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, ABM, and customer success teams to align on messaging and deliverables.
  • Customize events to resonate with distinct regions, customer segments, and industries for maximum relevance.
  • Source, negotiate, and maintain vendor relations to ensure high-quality event experiences within budget.
  • Collaborate with partners to enhance event impact through joint marketing efforts and co-hosted events.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on event performance metrics to gauge ROI and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to financial plans.
  • Travel to events as necessary (up to 30%) to ensure seamless execution and brand representation.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 6-8 years in B2B marketing, including 4-5 years specifically in Field Marketing.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities, adept at juggling multiple initiatives.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • A creative mindset grounded in data analysis to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Proven experience in tailoring marketing initiatives for specific regions, industries, or customer segments.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
