KEY ROLES:

1. Experiance handling entity/divisional financaials and reporting on the results on a monthly basis.
2. Book closure activities and preparation of schedules
3. Preparation of MIS reports
4. Working Knowledge of Netsuite ERPwould be required, kowldge of NAV ERP would be an added advantage.
5. Consolidation of books of different currency entities
6. General Ledger review, Payroll & Accounts Payable
7. Leading Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Group audit (Consol audit), Tax audit and Transfer Pricing audits
8. Working knowledge on gloabal accounting standards (USGAAP, FRS) and India accounting standards
9. Liaising with various Government departments for dealing stuatoty matters like PF, PT & TDS

Job Responsibilities:

Financial Statement Closure Process:

1. Preparation and review of MIS & Cash Flow reports
2. Consolidation of books of accounts with different currencies
3. Month Closure activities for General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Payroll & Accounts Receivable
4. Intercompany reconciliation between different entities with different currencies
5. Preparation of supporting schedule to Balance Sheet and P&L
6. Deferred and unbilled revenue process
7. Preparation of financial statements as per Companies Act for Statutory Audit
8. Fixed Asset accounting and depreciation run
9. Liassion with Internal, Statutory & Income tax Auditors
10. Financial Statements and reports for business segments
11. Direct reporting to Management on various financial requirement

Accounts Payable and General Ledger:

1. General Ledger review and analysis
2. Maintenance of end to end books of accounts
3. Accounts Payable – Invoices review & payment process (including foreign payments – A1 & A2)
4. Preparation of aged accounts payable
5. Payroll – Review of payroll payment process and accounting process
6. Intercompany ledgers review & reconciliation
7. Prepaid and deferred expenses tracker and amortization
8. Provision for expenses schedule
9. Preparation of Schedules to Balance Sheet and P&L Items

Payroll management:

1. Preparation of payroll computation in accordance to the attendance & statutory deduction
2. Preparation of Payroll Accounting Entry
3. Collecting investment proofs from employees for tax computation

1. Validation of payroll input received from HR and output received from payroll consultant for of USA, Ireland, Germany and Japan entities
2. Salary accrual process including gratuity, statutory bonus and leave encashment
3. Finance Induction for new joiners in the company

Tax Compliances:

1. GST Returns & Payment
2. TDS Payment & ETDS Return
3. PT, EPF & ESI Payments & Returns
4. Investment Proof verification process for employees
5. Quarterly advance Income tax calculation
6. Providing Input for Acturial Valuations of Gratuity & Leave Encashment

e) Audit :

1. Leading Group audits and individual statutory audits
2. Preparation of Schedule III for India statutory audit
3. Preparation of 3CD with annexures for tax audit
4. Computation of income tax for IT returns
5. Providing related party information for TP audits
