Key Responsibilities
As a Flutter Developer Team Lead, you will:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications using Flutter.
- Oversee and guide the technical team to ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, backend developers, product managers) to define, design, and implement new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor and manage a team, providing technical direction, support, and feedback.
- Establish and follow best practices for coding standards, testing, and version control (Git).
- Conduct code reviews and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure high code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter, mobile development trends, and other related technologies.
- Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning and task prioritization.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates must have:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on Flutter.
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams of developers. Team handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Dart programming and solid experience in Flutter framework for both Android and iOS platforms.
- Experience integrating APIs and working with third-party libraries and services.
- Familiarity with mobile app architectures (MVC, MVVM, etc.), RESTful APIs, and back-end services.
- Strong knowledge of app deployment processes (App Store/Google Play).
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Primary Skills
- App Uploading in the Apple App Store & Google Play Store.
- Firebase chat integration.
- SMS integration.
- Payment gateway integration.
- In-App Purchase implementation for both Android & iOS.
- Team Leading Experience.
- Flutter Redux for state management.
- Familiarity with functional components.
- Git for version control.
- SQLite for local database management.
- Integration with third-party libraries and RESTful APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other mobile development frameworks is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services like Firebase, AWS, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
