Senior Flutter IOS/Android Developer

Cognizant Digital Engineering practice is seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Senior IOS/Android Developer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Flutter, iOS and Android development, along with a strong background in Spring technologies. This role involves working on complex projects in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain ensuring high-quality deliverables and impactful contributions to our company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter, iOS and Android technologies.
• Implement Flutter Accessibility features to ensure applications are usable by all individuals.
• Manage Flutter App Distribution processes to streamline deployment and updates.
• Design robust Flutter Architecture & Design to ensure scalability and performance.
• Utilize Flutter commands for efficient development and debugging.
• Integrate Flutter Core functionalities to enhance application performance.
• Implement Flutter Data Storage & Integration for seamless data management.
• Perform Flutter External Integration to connect with third-party services and APIs.
• Write clean and efficient code using Flutter Programming Language.
• Ensure Flutter Security & Performance to protect user data and optimize application speed.
• Conduct Flutter Testing & Debugging to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Use Flutter Tools & Techniques to enhance development efficiency.
• Design intuitive Flutter User Interfaces for a seamless user experience.
• Implement iOS Accessibility features to ensure inclusivity.
• Manage iOS App Distribution for efficient deployment.
• Conduct IOS Code Analysis to maintain code quality and performance.
• Ensure iOS Security and Performance to protect user data and optimize application speed.
• Perform iOS Testing and Debugging to identify and resolve issues.
• Utilize iOS Tools & Techniques to enhance development efficiency.
• Design intuitive iOS User Interfaces for a seamless user experience.
• Ensure Android Security & Performance to protect user data and optimize application speed.
• Implement Android Services for background processing.
• Use Android Tools & Techniques to enhance development efficiency.
• Design intuitive Android User Interfaces for a seamless user experience.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience as an App Developer for both iOS and Android technologies.
• Science / Engineering graduate or related field.
• Proven experience using frameworks such as Flutter.
• Experience developing and maintaining iOS Native Apps.
• Experience developing and maintain Android applications using Android SDK.

Required Certifications:

CERTIFIED FLUTTER DEVELOPER and/or IOS DEVELOPER CERTIFICATION and/or ANDROID DEVELOPER CERTIFICATION and/or SPRING PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000.00 – $151,500.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
